Roasted Sesame Broccoli! 🥦🥦 2 heads of broccoli 1/4 cup melted coconut or avocado oil 1/4 cup water 1 tsp sesame seeds 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil 4 tbsp tamari 1 tsp minced garlics 1 tsp minced ginger Sea salt to top Sesame seeds to top Chili oil optional Preheat oven to 450. Line a baking sheet w parchment paper. Cut off rough part of the broccoli stem. Slice broccoli into 1/2 inch slabs length wide, retaining some of the stem. Arrange on baking sheet. Add oil, water, tamari, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic and ginger and massage well with hands. Arrange evenly, some overlapping is ok. Roast for 20 minutes. Let cool season with salt, sesame seeds for crunch and a little chili oil. Enjoy!
