Herby Lentil Soup

What you need
cup broccoli
tbsp baby dill
lemon

pepper

tsp salt

cup marinara sauce

bay leaves

garlic

yellow onion

cucumber

carrot

celery

tbsp vegetable oil

brown rice
Instructions
Heat large pot, add oil. Sauté all veggies until fragrant, 5 min. Add strained lentils to pot, add marinara, water, bay leaves, bring to a boil then simmer, cover. Let simmer for 45 min to hour, stirring occasionally. Add lemon zest and season as needed. Turn off heat, stir in kale and dill until wilted.
