Crunchy KFC Style Potato Wedges

What you need

pepper

tsp smoked paprika

tsp onion powder

russet potato

tsp garlic powder
tbsp cornstarch

tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Add potatoes to a large bowl, submerge in cold water and ice for at least 20 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Coat potatoes in seasoning, corn starch and drizzle oil on top. Massage evenly over potatoes. Place flat on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until crispy. Enjoy!!View original recipe
