Turkey Veg Burgers

What you need

tbsp dijon mustard

green leaf lettuce

cup vegan mayonnaise

bell pepper
tbsp dried oregano

oz goat cheese

sauerkraut

tsp onion powder

tsp ground black pepper

tsp ground cumin

brussel sprouts

tomato

lb ground turkey

tsp fine sea salt

cup ketchup

red onion

tsp garlic powder

tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. Combine turkey, chopped veg, spices, ketchup in bowl and mix well. Heat a small pan with oil, scoop one tsp burger mixture and pat onto pan, brown on both sides and taste to see if you need more seasoning. Form remaining mix into patties, arrange on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until browned. While baking, mix together special sauce. Can add goat cheese five minutes before done to melt. Serve on lettuce or cabbage leaves with fave fixings. Enjoy!View original recipe
