“Curly Fry” Potato Wedges with Special Sauce

What you need

tsp smoked paprika

tsp fine sea salt

tsp mustard

tbsp olive oil

tbsp vegan mayonnaise

tsp onion powder

yukon gold

tbsp ketchup

dash hot sauce

tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Submerge potatoes in ice water for at least 15 min. Strain and pat dry. Drizzle oil over potatoes in a bowl and massage in seasoning (garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, sea salt, and pepper). Transfer to baking sheet and roast for 30-40 min until browned and crisp. Whisk together sauce ingredients (ketchup, vegan mayo, mustard, dash hot sauce). Serve potatoes and dip!View original recipe
