It’s scientifically proven that eating things with your hands tastes better..so I heard 😉 Either way these nori cones stuffed to the brim alkaline goodness are super fun to eat ☺️just takes a couple rolling tries and dabbing the edges generously with water to seal and you’re good to roll!

What you need

kimchi

persian cucumber

cup cooked quinoa

avocado

head romaine lettuce

tsp fine sea salt

bell pepper

fl oz lemon juice
tbsp tamari soy sauce

dash sesame oil
nori
Instructions
Add all salad ingredients to large bowl and toss w dressing. Carefully roll a nori sheet into the shape of a cone, dabbing the outer edge with water and carefully sealing. Spoon salad mixture into cones and layer in avocado and kimchi. Top with sprouts and enjoy!View original recipe
