Spicy Dry-Fried Green Beans and Cashews

A quick and flavorful side dish featuring dry-fried green beans and cashews, seasoned with garlic, tamari or coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.

What you need

tbsp avocado oil

cup green beans

tbsp rice vinegar

tsp fine sea salt

tbsp sesame oil

clove garlic clove

cup raw cashews

tbsp coconut aminos
Instructions
Heat a pan with oil, add minced garlic then green beans and bring to a high heat. Drizzle beans with coconut aminos of tamari and sauté every 30 seconds. To prevent sticking, can add a little water but keep heat on high or medium high. You want the beans to shrivel up. With two min left, add chopped cashews, sesame oil and rice vinegar.
