What you need

green leaf lettuce
nori

cup chive

tbsp rice vinegar

tsp dark sesame oil

hot sauce

cup celery

tbsp sriracha

cup vegan mayonnaise
Instructions
Chop your sashimi. Whisk mayo, sriracha, oil, vinegar and Furikake or sesame seeds. Add in sashimi, celery, cucumber, chives. Mix well and season to your liking. Add a spoon or two to nori sheet, roll and enjoy!View original recipe
