Instructions
Preheat oven to 450. Slice yams into fries, abt 1/4 inch thick, skin on. Rub with avo oil and seasoning. Add corn starch and toss until fully coated. Bake for 20 min or until browned. Meanwhile pulse all aioli ingredients in food processor until mixed well. Serve fries with dipping sauce and enjoy!View original recipe
