What you need

cup vegan sour cream

head romaine lettuce

radish

oz vegan cheese

fl oz lime juice
salsa

bunch cilantro

tbsp avocado oil

tsp garlic powder

chickpea flour

squash

dash salt

head cauliflower

zucchini
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Rub oil, garlic and salt on the zucchini, golden bar squash, and cauliflower florets. Roast until browned and tender, about 35 minutes. Heat tortillas on a dry pan and sprinkle cheese on them, cover to let cheese melt on low heat, about 5 minutes. Transfer to plate and make your tacos!View original recipe
