Herby Turmeric Noodles

What you need

tbsp avocado oil

garlic

ginger root

yellow onion

cup napa cabbage

zucchini

cup shiitake mushrooms
tsp ground turmeric

tbsp soy sauce

salt

black peppercorn

cilantro

mint
lime
Instructions
Heat a pan, add oil, garlic, ginger and onion. Sauté for a few minutes. Add turmeric, sauté until forks a paste, adding a little water as needed. Add mushrooms, sauté adding tamari and water as needed. After 3-4 minutes, add zucchini and cabbage. Sauté another few minutes until veggies are cooked. Mix in rice noodles and toss until mixed evenly. Season as needed. Toss in cilantro and mint. Serve with lime and enjoy!View original recipe
