What you need

avocado oil

salt

coconut sugar

apple cider vinegar

scallion

yellow onion

garlic

tomato

bell pepper

green bell pepper

habanero pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450. Rub peppers, onion and garlic in a little oil and sea salt and cumin. Roast for 20-25 min until peppers blister. Add roasted veg in food processor or blender, oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, blend until emulsified. Season as needed. Add vegan mayo and blend again.
