What you need

pepper

tbsp avocado oil

tbsp olive oil

tbsp tahini
bunch shiso leaves
lemon

clove garlic clove

tbsp ice water

bunch radish

vegan buttery spread

ice cube
Instructions
Heat a shallow pan and add avocado oil and thinly sliced garlic. Sauté until fragrant. Add radishes and sauté on medium heat until they brown a bit. Add a little water to help cook them down, and continue to sauté until the water has evaporated and the radishes are tender, about 10 minutes. Add butter in at the last minute. While the radishes are cooking, add all dressing ingredients (tahini, olive oil, ice water, grated garlic, lemon juice, ice cubes, salt, pepper) to a bowl and whisk until creamy. The ice will help aerate the dressing. Remove the ice cubes from the dressing. Pour the dressing onto a rimmed plate or shallow bowl. Top with the cooked radishes and fresh chopped herbs.
