What you need

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp avocado oil

garlic

lb broccoli
Instructions
Boil water in a pot, add greens and blanch for 3 min. Remove and place in a bowl of ice water to stop cooking and keep a nice bite to the greens. In a pan add oil, garlic, sauté until fragrant. Add in greens, season with tamari and rice vinegar. Sauté for a few min. Remove from heat and serve immediately.View original recipe
