What you need

tsp salt

fl oz coconut oil
bay leaf

yellow onion

box roasted red bell pepper

clove garlic clove

fl oz coconut cream

tsp ground ginger

red bell pepper

celery

can coconut milk

cup water

bunch fresh cilantro

carrot
Instructions
Heat coconut oil in a pot. Add minced garlic, onion and ginger. Add minced celery, carrots, bell pepper and bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper. Saute for 5 minutes. Add 3 boxes of ZENB Roasted Red Bell Pepper sauce and water and bring to a boil. Then simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add two cans of coconut milk and stir. Serve and drizzle coconut cream and cilantro for garnish.View original recipe
