Instructions
Melt butter in a large pan. Add gochujang and melt together on medium low heat. Stir in almond milk and stir until well combined. Add noodles. And stir well. Season with tamari, sea salt, sesame oil. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Top with cheese, place until broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with scallions, nori and sesame seeds. Enjoy!View original recipe
