thyme

fine sea salt

tsp onion powder

pepper
lb potato

rosemary

tsp garlic powder

tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. Boil a large pot of heavily salted water. Once boiling, add potatoes to pot. Let boil for 15-20 min or until tender. Strain. Transfer to baking sheet, and slightly mash with a masher or can add to an empty pot with lid and shake around until the edges get “chuffed”. This is what is going to make the edges crispy! Drizzle oil over potatoes, season with garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper, roast for another 20-30 min depending on how crispy you like!View original recipe
