Instructions
Creamy Tomato Soup: 1. Heat avocado oil in a pan. 2. Add minced garlic, then tomatoes (large and cherry), sliced onions, and dried thyme. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cover. 4. Let it cook until the tomatoes are tender, then remove from heat and let cool. 5. Once cooled, blend the mixture until smooth. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7. Return the blended soup to the pan, add almond milk, and stir over low heat. 8. Adjust seasoning as needed and enjoy! Grilled Cheese: 1. Heat a pan with butter. 2. Add the sliced bread or bagel to the pan. 3. Top one piece of bread with vegan cheese slices and a squeeze of hot mustard. 4. Place the other piece of bread on top, forming a sandwich. 5. Press firmly down with a spatula. 6.
