SUPER CALI SALAD 🥗☀️🌊 our new collab w @splits59 an homage to the healthy, vibrant, colorful West Coast available all month long @bonberimart recipe below! 2 cups red leaf lettuce or romaine base, chopped 1 cup of sprouts or broccoli sprouts 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped 1/2 cup carrot, shredded 1 cup chickpeas 1/2 cup steamed broccoli, chopped 1/2 cup hijiki seaweed 1 avocado, chopped 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup raw beets, grated Dressing: 1/4 cup tahini 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil 2 tbsp rice vinegar 1/2 tsp coconut sugar 2 tbsp tamari Garlic Onion Sea salt to taste Ice water to thin consistency Combine all veggies in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients until creamy. Toss salad in dressing and enjoy!
