What you need

tbsp vegan mayonnaise

tbsp rice vinegar

cauliflower rice
bok choy

coarse sea salt

tsp garlic powder

cup cilantro

jalapeno

tbsp soy sauce

tsp dark sesame oil

tbsp honey

tbsp olive oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. On a lined baking sheet, transfer salami and drizzle oil, tamari, honey, jalapeño, cilantro, garlic powder and season with salt. Arrange leaves of bok choy around salmon and drizzle with sesame oil and tamari. Transfer Cauli rice into a baking dish, season with rice vinegar and salt.
