The most classic of them all Green Lemonade! If you’re new to the juice game, this little OG is what turned me onto the heaven of green juice over 15 years ago. A little juice bar in the back of @westerly911 Tart, slightly sweet and fresh as ever. Remember juice = made with a juicer and I make this with my @breville fountain elite. If you have a blender, stick to the BGS! Also notes on green juice, ALWAYS on an empty stomach, so ideally in the am, bc stripped of fiber, juice is medicinal thrusting alkalinity into the cells and pulling waste up and out. It’s a magnet, so radically healing. Yes full of nutrients but the magic of vegetable juice is it’s ability to awaken waste. Smoothies are full of fiber and alkaline yes but a slower gentler cleanse, more of a blended salad. So they are great compliments of each other but serve different purposes. Green JUICE will always be my ultimate healer 💚
