When I’m stumped in the kitchen, frozen veggie burgers to the rescue. I like @drpraegers or @hilaryseatwell and it’s alll abt them fixings.

What you need

slice beefsteak tomato

cucumber

veggie patty

tbsp vegan mayonnaise

kimchi

bunch sprouts

tbsp honey

slice sprouted grain bread
Instructions
Heat veggie burgers for 15 minutes at 450 degrees F to get them extra crispy. Toast Ezekiel sprouted bread or buns. Prepare homemade honey mustard by mixing 1 tablespoon of Dijon with 1 tablespoon of honey. Assemble the burgers with the toasted bread or buns, vegan mayo, honey mustard, vegan kimchi, sprouts or arugula, tomato slices, and thinly sliced cucumber or pickles. Enjoy!View original recipe
