What you need

head radicchio

pinch salt

bell pepper

fresh squeezed lemon juice

dash dijon mustard

cup water

Instructions
Chop all salad ingredients (romaine, radicchio, endives, bell pepper, and Persian cucumbers). Add them to a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients: finely chopped fresh basil, finely chopped fresh parsley, olive oil, water, juice of 1 lemon, a dollop of Dijon, and salt and pepper to taste.
