Instructions
Peel zucchini w serrated veg peelers to create spaghetti like strands. Set aside. In a hot pan, add olive oil, garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant. Add butter, tomatoes and olives, cover and simmer for 15-20 min until tomatoes blister. Smash with wooden spoon, add olives and tuna, let simmer again until forms a broken sauce. Add in zucchini and toss well until combined. Stir in feta until melted. Add in parsley. Serve immediately!View original recipe
