vegan mayonnaise

ketchup

salt

onion powder

garlic powder

dried oregano

smoked paprika

avocado oil

russet potato
Instructions
Add potatoes to large bowl with ice and subermege in water. Let sit for at least 20 min or an hour. Strain. Top with seasoning, oil and toss until coated well. Bake at 425 for 30 min or until done. Serve with dipping sauce!View original recipe
