cup mango
tbsp raw honey

cup unsweetened almond milk

cup fresh spinach

ripe banana

1. **For the Mango Smoothie layer:** Combine 1 cup frozen mango, 1 ripe banana, 1 tablespoon raw honey (or 2 dates for a vegan option), and 1 cup almond milk in a blender. Blend until completely smooth. 2. **For the Bonberi Green Smoothie layer:** In a separate blender, combine 1 cup spinach, 1 cup frozen mango, 1 ripe mango, fresh mint (to taste), and 2 cups raw coconut water.
