avocado oil
lemon

chard

parsley

extra-virgin olive oil

red onion

basmati rice
Instructions
Soak rice in a bowl of cool water for 1 hour. Drain. In a large pot, add avocado oil, garlic and onion, sauté for 2 min until fragrant. Add drained rice and toast for 3 min scraping pan making sure it doesn’t stick. Add water. Bring to boil, then simmer covered for 20 min or until cooked. Fluff rice and add chard and parsley, cover until wilted. Add olive oil, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
