Portobello Personal Pizzas

These are fun to make with the kids and truly perfectly packaged as individual grain-free pizzas, for a quickie weeknight meal or side. I like to use goat mozz but you can use vegan or anything you like!

oregano leaves

salt

extra-virgin olive oil

goat cheese

tomato sauce

portobello mushrooms
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450. Evenly spoon and spread sauce onto face up portobello caps, sprinkle cheese on top and seasoning. Drizzle a little olive oil. Bake until bubbly and slightly browned onto, about 20 min. Enjoy!View original recipe
